How are the lists priced? What's per M?
All of our lists are priced per thousand names, which is common in the direct marketing industry.
If a list is priced at $325 per thousand names, and you want to rent 5,000 names, the pricing is:
$325 times 5 or $1,625.00
Am I renting these lists without guarantee?
We work with all of our clients to make certain they are satisfied. Almost all of our mailing lists have delivery guarantees, anywhere from 90-95%. The lists we manage are very carefully compiled and updated. If you receive "nixies" (notification that the company or individual is no longer at a certain address), we want to know about it. List owners will generally give you a credit to receive the notification of a bad address, because they want their lists to be as up to date as possible!

For e-mail there are guarantees on delivered names, which vary by list. Please check with us for details. We require full payment up fron on all e-mail list orders.
I want to do e-mail marketing, but don't know how to set it up. Can you help?
Yes, all of our e-mails are opt-in. Opt-in means that the e-mail name you are renting asked to be placed on the list. Many of our lists are double opt-in which means that not only did the person ask to be placed on the list, but they confirmed it.
Our worldwide transmission centers will transmit your e-mails. Due to privacy regulations and other legal restrictions, you cannot physically gain control of our opt-in e-mail lists. But transmission costs and reporting are included in the rental fees.
You only need to send us an hmtl version of your e-mail, and our transmission centers will take it from there. They will send out tests and get your "OK" to send the e-mails out to your targeted audience. Once the e-mails are sent, you will get full reports stating how many were sent out, opened, replied to, etc.
We have transmission centers around the world to guarantee that your list gets transmitted at the proper local time.
If you do not have a facility to create the html e-mails, many of our list owners have creative departments which will turn your materials into html, for an additional fee.
Your web site says the list is one price, yet you are charging me a different price. What's up?
Pricing can change very quickly, depending upon the international currency trends. With hundreds of international lists, we try to keep on top of all pricing issues. Sometimes this cannot be done, and we have to charge higher rates.
We will, however, always stand by our rate commitments.
If we inform you by e-mail that a list is a certain price, that will not change (assuming that an order is placed within 30 days of a rate quote). Counts and pricing will change over time, so if you ordered a list in January, it could certainly be higher the following December. And, the counts change, too, as our lists are constantly updated and maintained.
